• Conduct review/certification of all districts of Sindh and infrastructure need assessments through field survey of the schools preliminary identified by District;
• Development of school specific designs (Architectural & Structural) which would be aligned with the Environmental & Social Management Framework (ESMF-II) and others standards followed by Government of Sindh.
• Provision of assistance to all districts of Sindh into the procurement processes for school construction as per SPPRA-2010 and Sindh Government guidelines as and when required.
• Supervision of construction work; monitor the progress and take necessary steps to expedite the progress and ensure that the quality standards must be followed.
• Conduct of the procurement ex-post reviews for Civil and Revenue component and provide necessary recommendations for the improvement in procurement processes under the established rules and guidelines (SPPRA-2010).
